Our selection process includes an initial telephone call followed by a face to face meeting, skills analysis and competency based interview assessment prior to any level of representation. We maintain constant contact with our candidate base over the longer term, developing relationships that allow us to form comprehensive networks and a full understanding of the changing market place.
