Sarah Williams, Managing Director

Sarah Williams has over twelve years experience within Financial Services recruitment both as a Recruitment Consultant and as an Operations Director.  Over this time Sarah has worked with several leading recruitment business within Financial Services  Finance, Operations and Risk  transacting  within both the permanent and temporary recruitment space across  Investment, Corporate and Retail Banking, Asset and Investment Management and Hedge Funds and Private Equity. Most latterly, Sarah spent over 7 years working  as a Recruiter and Director for a contingent recruiter  with specific jurisdiction across the  financial services and commerce and industry space .  Sarah has a BSc (Dunelm) in Geography.

Clare O'Brien, Executive Consultant

Clare has five years recruitment experience specialising in Operations positions for Investment Banks, Asset Management, Hedge Funds and Global Custodians. Prior to starting her recruitment career, Clare spent five years at Northern Trust/NTGI within Operations and has covered Trade Support and Settlements for Equity, Fixed Income and FX products. Clare recruits across all products lines covering the spectrum of Operational positions from entry to senior management level positions.
