Our client is currently recruiting for an MI analyst to join the Sales Team working within thier International Private Banking Division. The key functions of the role is to support the UK Business Finance Partner in building, maintaining and operating a Sales Pipeline process to record and monitor Relationship Management performance

Accountabilities & Main Role Function

Finance project role, implementing and running-in an in house sales pipeline reporting tool that monitors Relationship Managers pipeline performance, providing analytics for the Finance function to use in financial forecasts.

*Manage the production of relevant financial information for use by process managers, controllers and other managers and customers.
*Agree with customers and suppliers the deliverables to and from the production process, ensuring these meet both customer requirements and the needs of the finance function.
*Manage the maintenance and operation of financial information systems / processes, ensuring that standards are maintained and comply with all relevant regulatory requirements.
*Provide financial information, interpretation, analysis and support to customers thereby enabling an improved understanding of the information provided, handling issues escalated by members of own team.
*Monitor the payments process, evaluating risks and identifying appropriate controls to minimise the Bank's liabilities.

Requirements:

oEssential MI experience ideally someone that is familiar with Wealth Management
oCredible and confident with communicating to RM's and Clients
oProven and in-depth spreadsheet /analytical skills essential
