(REF: MJ1055CO) Client Services Executive - Temporary

Location: London Salary: up to £29,000

Fund Services Company is looking to recruit a senior Client Services Executive into their Relationship Management team. You will be responsible for being the first point of contact for all clients providing support over the telephone and email. The clients would include Advisers, Wealth Management, Support Staff and underlying investors occasionally. The team's aim is to exceed client's expectations by delivery first class client service through ownership and efficient resolution of queries. Responsibilities include:
- Resolve any queries from the clients that come through the client services helpline and email
- Provide support to advisers on the portfolio enquiry and trading tools to administer investor accounts
- Resolve any data issues including pricing queries and stock classifications
- Activate client logins for the online valuation system and help investors that cant log into their accounts
- On occasions, place deals on an execution only basis
- Investigate any problems and themes and assist in firm wide resolutions
- Assist the Relationship Managers on escalated queries
- Answer queries on tax and valuation reports and assist in distribution of the annual tax reports
- Participate in Training and Orientation sessions, presenting on the role of a Client Services Executive
To be considered for this role you must have extensive client service experience from a Fund Services Company or Asset Management background, experience in dealing with IFAs and underlying investors, knowledge of Investment Products to include Unit Trusts, Equities and ISAs is essential, as it is the ability to multitask and work independently. As this is a client services you must have very strong communication skills both written and verbal.
