Leading Investment Management company are looking to recruit an experienced dividends analyst into their Income team. You will be responsible for the processing of all income accurals and receipts including the resolution of any issues and extensive liaison with internal and external counterparties (custodians and TPAs etc) to provide an effective and efficient service.  Day to day:

• Ensure accurate income accurals and receipts on all Unit Trusts, Life & Pensions funds and UK & International Equities and Fixed Income.
• Prepare and submit claims to brokers for stock lending income
• Monitor and process tax reclaims for Withholding Tax and reconcile against custodians tax accurals with investigation of any discrepancies
• Liaise with custodians to resolve income and tax differences
• Monthly reconciliation of income accounts
• Monitor custdoians performance against SLAs and give feedback

To be considered for this role you will have experience in a Dividends, from an Asset Manager, Custodian or Investment Bank, experience of processing dividends on Equities, Fixed Income and Unit Trust products and knowledge of Tax would be high beneficial.  Advanced Excels skill would be great as well.  You must be a team player, work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
