Securities Lending Business based in the Docklands are recruiting an International Securities Lending Manufactured Income Analyst to support their agency lending programme and a number of Client Direct lending arrangements.  As a senior Investigations Analyst you will be responsible in assisting a team of analysts with the investigation and resolution of complex transactional discrepancies, different international market practices and third party activities.  You will also be responsible for reviewing and approving adjustments needed to correct entitlement distributions for lending positions.  The role will require close liaison with the trading desks, client services, product, operational team and external counterparties and sub-custodians.  Responsibilities would include:

• Investigate, reconcile and resolve complex queries
• Review and approve income adjustments needed to client accounts using market and processing knowledge
• Act as a SME in market specific entitlement practices
• Liaise with internal teams as necessary to resolve issues and minimise exposure
• Act as a relationship contact for external borrowers
• Produce weekly and monthly management information reports

To be considered for this role you must have experience in Income or Corporate Actions, have knowledge of Securities Lending and have very strong analytical and investigative skills. Knowledge of International Markets is essential.  You must also have strong reporting skills.  You must have the ability to demonstrate where you have made improvements to processes and reduce risk.  Strong communications are also necessary.
