Our client, a leading global investment banking business, is looking to make a significant addition to the Operations Business Control Management team via the procurement of Collateral Management and Client Valuations specialist. The team is responsible for Management Information Provision, Operational Control Monitoring, Managing Operational Control Issues and Incidents as well as the management of all improvements across the entire client operations function (Prime Brokerage, Client Services, Futures, Client Valuations & Collateral Management) .

Relevant candidates are likely to possess a proven track record across Valuations and  Collateral Management (or equivalent area) and have a good understanding of the relevant associated Operational Risk Management and internal controls framework.  A good understanding of front to back operations processes and all round product knowledge will also be a distinct advantage.

This individual will need to an ambassador of change and have the ability to critically assess current processes, challenge them and improve them in a constructive and collaborative fashion.
