This leading European Investment Banking Business is looking to make a significant addition to it's business management offering through the acquisition of a Head of Business Management to support the Equity Business and the overall business operating model.  You will be responsible for driving forward the new operating model and assist the bank in it's initiative to achieve growth and transformation of the Equity business via system and process Innovation and Investment. 

The team will consist of two additional Business Managers and this role will have oversight of and responsibility for the management and delivery of:

Staff training & People Strategy

Communications

Headcount Management

Financial Management

Procedure Documentation

Recruitment

Business Continuity Planning

Property Planning 

In addition the role will also offer executive level assistance to the overall Head of Equity Operations.

Relevant candidates will possess significant operations experience across Equity and/or Equity Derivatives, a strong Project Management Skill set and some exposure to Budget and Finance processes including direct Headcount and Cost Management experience. Individuals will be strong communicators with the ability to build and leverage relationships across the business area and beyond and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and workloads within a dynamic environment
