Leading Investment Management business based in the City are looking to recruit a Project Marketing Executive.  You will be responsible for delivering customer communications associated with Corporate Actions and managing other marketing projects. You will also support the customer marketing team in the delivery of all marketing communications activity, including the management and delivery of high quality marketing campaigns.  Key responsibilities would include:

• Source, draft and edit content for corporate actions projects including regulatory communications and retention marketing communication activity
• Manage delivery of marketing communications through the appropriate media
• Work with external agencies and internal groups to facilitate delivery of all collateral
• Provide reporting and Management information to line management
• Target, define, seek approval and implement process improvements in conjunction with departmental strategy and tactical plans

To be considered for this role you must have experience in a marketing function from an Investment Management company, have experience of managing a customer programme (corporate action mailings would be highly beneficial), you must have a strong understanding of investment products and regulations and have excellent organisational skills in order to manage numerous pieces  of work. Strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are also essential for this role.
